Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Atty Finders ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") who agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Overview

By joining the affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to promote the Company’s services and earn commissions for successful referrals as per the terms below.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

The Affiliate will market the Company’s services using the unique affiliate link provided.

The Affiliate will ensure all promotions comply with applicable laws and do not misrepresent the Company or its services.

The Affiliate is prohibited from using unethical marketing methods, including spamming, false advertising, or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

3. Commission Structure

Monthly Plans: 50% of the first payment and 10% recurring for each month the customer remains subscribed.

Yearly Plans: 15% of the total payment.

Commissions are based solely on successful referrals tracked via the Affiliate's unique link.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly and issued within the first week of the month for the previous month’s earnings.

A valid payment method must be provided by the Affiliate.

Payments are made after a 30-day grace period to account for cancellations or refunds.

5. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

The Company reserves the right to withhold final payments if the Affiliate violates the Agreement.

6. Relationship of Parties

The Affiliate and the Company are independent contractors. This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

7. Confidentiality

All confidential information shared with the Affiliate for promotional purposes must not be disclosed or used for personal gain.

8. Intellectual Property

The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable license to use its marketing materials for promotion. All rights to trademarks, logos, and content remain with the Company.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Affiliate's participation in the program.

10. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Acceptance

By participating in the affiliate program, the Affiliate acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
