Atty Finders Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Atty Finders platform (the "Platform"), including its website, mobile application, and directory services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

: An individual or firm that registers to be listed on the Platform.

: Any individual seeking legal services through the Platform.
2. Services
2.1. The Platform connects consumers with legal professionals based on location, practice area, and other factors.
2.2. Atty Finders does not provide legal advice or services and is not a law firm.
2.3. Matches between consumers and lawyers are based on an algorithm that considers metadata, location, and sponsored placements.
3. Registration and Account Management
3.1.
Lawyers

- Must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including licensing and professional details.
- Are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
3.2.
Consumers
:
- Must use the Platform responsibly and provide accurate details when submitting inquiries.
3.3. Atty Finders reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
4.1. Lawyers may subscribe to paid plans with varying features and services. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Consumers may access the Platform at no cost.
4.3. Payments must be made via the approved methods on the Platform. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services.
4.4 Free Account Limitations: Our free accounts provide access to a basic level of service. Certain advanced features, specialized tools, premium content, or increased usage limits are available only through paid subscriptions or additional purchases. The creation of a free account does not grant you free access to all tools and functionalities offered on the platform. We reserve the right to modify the features available to free account users at any time.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1. All content provided by Atty Finders, including designs, algorithms, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2. Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant Atty Finders a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for Platform operations.
5.3. Users must not upload content that infringes on third-party rights or violates applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
6.1. Atty Finders provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
6.2. Atty Finders does not guarantee specific outcomes, matches, or leads for lawyers.
6.3. Atty Finders is not responsible for disputes, outcomes, or legal services provided by lawyers listed on the Platform.
6.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atty Finders’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last six months for services.
7. Termination
7.1. Atty Finders may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for:
- Violations of these Terms.
- Non-payment of fees.
- Fraudulent or unlawful activity.
7.2. Users may cancel their accounts by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless explicitly stated.
8. Privacy
8.1. Atty Finders collects, stores, and processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
8.2. Users consent to the collection and use of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to Terms

11. Anti-Review Gating
Atty Finders is strongly opposed to the practice of "review gating," which is the act of:
- Suppressing negative reviews: Intentionally preventing or discouraging negative reviews from being published or displayed.
- Soliciting only positive reviews: Encouraging or incentivizing clients to provide only positive reviews, regardless of their actual experience.
- Offering incentives for positive reviews: Providing any rewards, discounts, or other benefits to clients in exchange for positive reviews.
- Conditioning services on positive reviews: Making the provision of legal services or the fulfillment of obligations contingent upon the client providing a positive review.
Atty Finders prohibits all forms of review gating by its lawyers. Any lawyer found to be engaging in review gating may have their account suspended or terminated from the Platform.
We believe that all reviews, both positive and negative, are valuable for consumers seeking legal services. Honest and unbiased reviews help consumers make informed decisions about which lawyer to choose.
